When I first began designing web sites, I addressed each question from my clients individually. Sometimes,
my responses to one client benefited another. Also, as I came up with different techniques for improving
my clients' web sites, I would normally send the idea to each of my clients individually.
As I started getting more and more clients, it made sense to just put out a monthly newsletter.
This section of my web site is the archives of the old newsletters. If you are a new client, (or a prospective
one), this section should give you some idea of of the techniques I suggest for designing a knockout website.
