At this time, I am offering $20 off of the web design
package. Please read the information below to find out more about the services offered by CCFDesign.com
and determine if you need a web site for your Boer Goats. For breeders of other animals and breeds, I have
also done sites for Beagle owners, Kiko and Savanna Goat breeders, horse owners and am in negotiations
to do a site for Alpacas.
Do you need a web site?
Over the past year, we have had close to 25,000 unique visits to our main web site, which has generated
thousands of dollars in revenue, selling virtually all of the goats/dogs we have offered through the
internet. The sites we have designed have also had success in selling their goats.
Please read the following testimonials:
Just two weeks after his site went live, John Dodd wrote, saying,
"Just thought you'd like to know that my new website has already paid for itself. Got a very nice
sale over the weekend, as a result of a Google search and the new customer was very impressed with
the website. We've also got another inquiry the same way that may well turn into a sale."
He received 515 unique visitors in a little more than a month's time
Brian Estep wrote and said,
" I wanted you to know I have been surfing search engines tonight using the phrases "great Pyrenees
for sale NC" and "great Pyrenees for sale in NC" and so far I have found my site everywhere. First
page AOL search, first page MSN.com and number 6 on GOOGLE. I am very pleased "
This was a mere 3 weeks after getting his domain purchased and online.
Adrianne Bell wrote,
"I just wanted to thank you again for the terrific job you have done with my site. I have
sold all of my for sale animals completely through my site. I had advertised in several other places,
but all sales ended up coming from the site. I sold over $1,000 just since getting the site up,
and I continue to have numerous contacts and interest every week. I have even compiled a reserved
waiting list for the next sale animals. I approached this cautiously but I have been extremely pleased
and will be expanding my herd."
She wrote that within 60 days of getting online.
Don Webb wrote,
"Well, I am damned impressed, I ran savanna goats in google and it was number one on the list,
ran kiko goats for sale in oklahoma and it was number one on the list, several ahead of the ranch I
bought a buck from last year. He has had a website for several years. Gregory Rocks! See Ya Don"
That was 17 days after getting online.
Donna Meek wrote,
"I need to tell you that we officially have a waiting list for people to buy goats next year!!
I know that this would not have happened without the web site. Thank You!"
Don't entrust your web business to an amateur!
When you are interviewing a web designer, here are seven questions you might want to ask:
1. How many web sites have you designed (not including personal or family sites)?
2. What training do you have in web design (do you have any formal education or are you "self-taught")?
3. How much will it cost to add one page (or ten pages or twenty pages) to your basic plan?
4. Can I update the sales pages myself through an online administration area?
5. How quickly can I get an update posted to the web?
6. How much does it cost to update my web pages? If that answer depends on the amount of work involved, get an
estimate for one hour per month.
7. How well do your sites do in search engines for their keywords?
Let me give the answers for http://www.CCFDesign.com .
1. Nearly 100 different web sites - 45 of which are Boer Goat sites.
2. Greg Motes has a Bachelor's degree in English (which helps with writing and editing text on the web pages),
a Master's degree in information technology (with emphasis on web programming and database interaction) and is in
the dissertation phase of a Ph.D. in instructional technology (with emphasis in design and information systems).
3. It costs nothing to add pages - that is included in the maintenance plan.
4. Yes. The sales pages are driven by a database and through an administration control panel, you can add, modify
or delete the information associated with the goats that appear on your sales pages. The changes you make will instantly
appear online.
5. Updates typically are posted in 24 hours. With the database system, you can update your sales pages in real
time (without having to wait on the designer).
6. Updating web pages is included in the maintenance. There is no extra cost if it takes me 1 hour or 4 hours. In
my opinion, web designers who charge hourly rates are setting up a barrier to keep you from keeping your page current.
7. Many web site designers list in their services that they submit their sites to search engines, but are they
getting results? We have numerous, real data that can show results for relevant keywords for our sites. Please
inquire for more info.
Amateurs are more likely to design sites with bad code, that impacts load time and cross-platform/browser
compatibility, and place images that are not optimized for the web (again, causing slow loading pages
and pages that are not aligned properly).
The bottom line is that a professionally designed web site will generate more traffic, through search
engines, well written text and expert marketing strategies, and is set up in a way that you can update
the site without hassles, through database forms-and not through hourly fees-and consistent, easy to
follow navigation, to ultimately direct visitors to your sales pages.
Finally, don't be afraid to contact the owners of the sites that are displayed on the web designer's
portfolio page and ask them what they think of the designer. Compare the answers the designer gave
you with the answers the client gave you. The best salesmen are the clients!
We offer very competitive prices for web design and custom design the site templates based on your preferences.
