Contact Forms

I always add a contact form as one of the 5 pages on the basic 5 page sites. I can customize the contact form to request any information you like. The forms run using an ASP Mail program and will automatically send you an email when someone fills out the form. The email can be customized and sent to multiple email addresses (if you desire).

Typically, the forms include name, email address, phone number and comments. I can also add specific questions (like how did you find us? or Are you interested in more information about Goats?). It is up to you.

I have found that in some cases, people who wouldn't otherwise send out an email, will fill out a contact form, so I think it is a good tool to have on every web site.

All of my forms have javascript validation (to ensure that the form is filled out properly). If requested, I can also add image verification (where a human has to identify the letters and numbers in an image for the message to go through - to prevent computer spamming).

I have also done a few forms that go directly to an authorize.net payment gateway (for an extremely simple e-commerce solution). I can provide more details on that if you desire.
